NOTICE OF MEETING OF FENCE VIEWERS

It appearing to the undersigned, fence viewers of the Town of Lowell, Dodge County, Wisconsin, that Michael H. Rennhack is the owner of a parcel of land in the Town of Lowell known as the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 21 and Lot 1 of Dodge County Certified Survey Map No. 6581 (being known as Town of Lowell Tax Parcel

No. 032-1-14-2044-000 and Parcel No. 032-1014-2133-001 and hereinafter referred to as “Rennhack Parcels”). Christopher Hookstead is the owner of the parcels located in Section 28 and 29 adjoining part of the southerly and westerly boundaries of the Rennhack Parcels (hereinafter the “Hookstead Parcels” and being Town of Lowell tax parcels 032-1014-2911-000, 032-1014-2823-000).

A controversy has arisen in regard to whether the owners of the Rennhack Parcels have built their share of the fence that has been constructed along the common boundary between the Rennhack Parcels and the Hookstead Parcels.  Christopher Hookstead has applied to the Town to determine that the Rennhacks have not built their share of the common boundary fence and to award him the expense he reasonably incurred to build the portion of the fence that was in excess of his legal share of the fencing.

You are hereby notified that we will, on August 1, 2017, at the hour of 1:00 o’clock p.m. meet at the common boundary fence in issue.  At that time, you will have the opportunity to be heard regarding matters pertaining to that application.  We will then make our determination concerning Christopher Hookstead’s application.
